Beyond possessing literally a dozen professional accreditations our staff continues to teach, mentor and contribute to the development of Green Building Rating System Standards, Global Building and Energy Codes, Building Quality Validation Standards Development, Scientific Standards Development, Product Certification Program Development, Energy Efficiency Legislation Development and have contributed to so many industry firsts in so many markets.

The MDH Evolution Service Offerings are substantially expanded as compared to a typical Multi-Disciplined Professional Services Collaborative.  Service Offerings initiated with Integrative Process Delivery over 25 years ago when called upon as Project Executives to enact governance to collaborate, coalition build and facilitate for a multi-family and hospitality development owner’s management firm. Our initial Professional Disciplines included Engineering, Management, Architecture and Urban Planning. Since our humble start we have continued to grow abilities to bring increasingly more value to our clients. Our acumen, skill-sets, reputation and credibility has grown to the point to include Marlyn C. Huard our President who brings additional leadership, managerial and financial abilities developed with Yamaha in the Pacific Rim as well as Daniel A. Our founders have decades of award winning service in every aspect of Green Building, Restorative Development, WELL Building, Materials Transparency, NetZero Water Systems, NetZero Energy Systems, Energy & Resource Efficiency, Building Commissioning, and Building Envelope/Enclosure Commissioning. We are often the initial educators who move on to the Facilitation of Charrettes and Visioning Sessions to optimize project Energy Efficiency and Sustainability; LEED, WELL, Green Globes, Living Building Challenge Consulting and Project Management for all Major Certifications Standards. We are the global go to specialists and have been continual contributing authors to many of these rating programs, so much so our co-founder Daniel A. Huard, LEED Fellow is a global authority! When our clients needed to develop for example Tenant Guidelines for Improvements and Operational compliance within LEED, WELL, GBI and LBC Building Certification Compliance our developed documents typically set standards emulated by others as Best Practices in: Energy Budgeting, Waste Management, Operational Efficient, Healthiness and even Materials Transparency for selected Finishes. Our expertise in scenario evaluation including Green and WELL Leasing Analysis uses our professional abilities to develop robust Feasibility Studies use our multi-disciplinary developed protocol to set minimum sustainability goals then conduce gap analysis and establish baselines thus maximize opportunities for sustainable and wellness tenant and landlord relationships and increased asset valuations.

Our founders have decades of service in the fields of Organizational Leadership, Governance and Professional Management. Professional Education in Urban Planning with specializations in Community and Business Development augmented by global Project Management Institute Professional ‘PMP’ credentials in addition to years of continual education, training and facilitation we are well positioned to aid in any Leadership or Managerial need that you may have. Our founders have served as Board of Directors members, Committee Chairs and Advisory Board members for over 25 years within numerous Organizations and are even sough out Corporate Governance Experts. On the Business Development front we are very adept at Feasibility Studies and Analyses to establish specific sets of goals, then conduct gap analysis to set baselines for measurement and improvement.
