Humann Building Solutions, LLC provided The Molasky Group of Companies a Full Campus Building Commissioning exercise in order to ensure The Molasky Corporate Center maintained compliance with the Nevada Governor’s Office of Energy LEED Partial Tax Abatement Program. The Molasky Corporate Center was the first LEED™ Certified GOLD Class A Office Building in Downtown Las Vegas Built following construction practices and principles under the United States Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design™ (LEED) program and as well qualified for the Nevada Governor’s Office of Energy LEED Partial Tax Abatement program which rewards buildings that build to and attained LEED Silver (or better) Certification with a minimum level of energy use reduction attained.

Humann Building Solutions, LLC provided a thorough commissioning exercise with evaluation of the operable systems of the facility. The process tasked the Central Plant HVAC system with hybrid integrated fluid coolers (commonly known as cooling towers) and the fluid based HVAC heat-pumps as well as more conventional energy consuming systems. The full commissioning study was completed and submitted on March 3, 2017 provide verification of the very exemplary level of care by the on-site facilities management team and as well made several recommendations for further improvements. The building attained an Energy Star for Buildings rating of 93 (2016 performance) meaning it was in the top 7% of all buildings when considering energy performance.
