Huard, LEED Fellow, WELL Faculty shares the honor to be selected to participate within the International WELL Building Institute’s Task Force. Huard stated “I am truly honored that many of my long term green building, sustainability, resiliency and wellness colleagues in leadership and executive positions consider me an asset when really tough challenges arise which need comprehensive collaborative solutions developed.” Huard continued “It is really great when offered the opportunity to collaborate with leadership and innovators from USGBC, IWBI, ILFI, CAGBC, WGBC, Harvard School of Public Health, the former US Surgeon General’s office and other esteemed colleagues. I spent the day on March 2nd, 2020 at the New York City offices of the International WELL Building Institute and at that time we dialogued about the need for alignment and a wellness focused response to Pandemics, Human Rights, Equity, Resilience and many other Issues of Large concern in America and Globally.” Huard has long been a sought‐after Green Building expert and Global Keynote Speaker.

Daniel A. Huard one of the planet’s few LEED Fellows and WELL Faculty members earned professional degrees in Mechanical Engineering, a Bachelors in Architecture, Masters of Architecture and Masters of Urban Planning. Huard additional holds more than a dozen Professional Accreditation recognitions and shares that he will rely on this diverse background to assist within this new collaborative engagement as a member of the IWBI ‘Task Force on COVID-19 and Other Respiratory Infections: Prevention and Preparedness, Resilience and Recovery’.
